Customer Service RETURN POLICY The following policies must be adhered to in order to receive credit for returned items… Items may be returned for a refund within 10 days of the date that we originally shipped the item provided they are still in new condition with tags on. We will not refund the purchase price of clothes that have been worn or tags have been removed. If we receive a return which is not in new condition, that item(s) will be returned to the customer’s original shipping address. If an item is defective, you may return it to us and request a refund. When we receive an item which is claimed to be defective, we will return it to the manufacturer with an explanation of the problem. If the manufacturer determines that the item is indeed defective and not simply a result of normal wear, then (and only then) will we credit a customer for the purchase price of the item. To exchange an item (this also must be done within 10 days of the purchase date), complete the return information for credit via email. All items will be shipped Priority Mail. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours excluding Sundays and Holidays. We do not refund shipping charges for returned items.
